Roger Penske is called “The Captain” for running a tight team ship and for his brilliance as a race strategist. Last Sunday he showed why, and Ryan Briscoe won his second victory of the IndyCar season by a convincing 7.8 seconds over stablemate Helio Castroneves, in a Penske Racing 1-2 sweep.
